I appreciate the opportunity to request Apple to reinstate my developer account.
Several compelling reasons support my request for the reconsideration of my membership:
My developer account experienced no significant App Review issues since July 2017, and the majority of my app updates were promptly approved.
I have consistently operated within ethical practices, refraining from the use of multiple developer accounts. My apps have been associated with the [name account] from the beginning, and I transferred them to my company account in July 2017. Since then, I have neither transferred any apps nor uploaded any apps to other accounts.
Upon reviewing my email archives associated with one of my Apple IDs, I discovered that this Apple ID was a User of [name account] (Apple ID) until May 12, 2018. In my initial appeal letter, I mentioned having no association with that account since July 2017, and I overlooked removing my Apple ID from that organization.
I acknowledge that I uploaded a simple/free app to that account seven years ago (App Apple ID: 435234543534). I removed this app from the account just before detaching my Apple ID on May 12, 2018. This app had no ads, garnered zero traction, and had been forgotten.
Considering the points above, my association with that account officially ended in May 2018, not July 2017 as initially indicated. I hope there is a way to verify that my Apple ID almost never logged into that account even before May 2018.
In my appeal letter, I expressed my belief that I severed associations with any other entities since July 2017, thinking that removing the bank account was sufficient. I have found the Apple response to my support ticket from that time, where they assured me that "all should be in good order." The case number for this interaction is 100241771884. I now recognize the significance of the Apple ID in considering account associations.
All of my apps have received positive reviews, and I have a substantial user base with excellent retention rates.
I hope you will take these factors into consideration and reconsider the decision to close my developer account.
